運営者と対象範囲
運営者は、京都を拠点とする個人事業のここ企画です。事業内容・制作実績はここ企画についてと制作実績に掲載しています。本ページは会社サイト（kokokikaku.com）を対象とします。
お問い合わせで受け取る情報
Googleフォームに入力して送信した連絡先や相談内容を、回答、ご依頼の検討、サービス提供、問題の調査のために利用します。フォームの内容はGoogleのサービス上で処理・保存されます。取り扱いは業務に必要な範囲に限定し、不要になった情報は削除します。ただし取引記録等を保存する必要がある場合は、その目的に必要な範囲で保持します。パスワード、カード番号、顧客の個人情報などをフォームに記載しないでください。
Cookieとアクセス解析
会社サイトではGoogle Analytics 4を利用しています。閲覧ページ、参照元、操作イベント、ブラウザ・端末情報、おおよその地域などをGoogleへ送信し、使いやすさや情報の改善に利用します。Cookie等の識別子が使われる場合があります。氏名やフォームの返信先メールアドレスを解析イベントに含めることはありません。GA4はIPアドレスを地域情報の取得等に使用しますが、IPアドレス自体は記録・保存しません。
Googleプライバシーポリシー、GA4の地域情報の収集をご確認ください。Cookieはブラウザで管理・削除できます。解析を停止したい場合はGoogle Analyticsオプトアウトアドオンをご利用ください。
広告・アフィリエイトについて
会社サイトでGoogle AdSense等の広告を掲載する場合は、Google等の広告配信事業者がCookieや広告識別子、閲覧・端末情報を使って配信・計測することがあります。審査申請やタグの設置だけで広告掲載・承認が決まるものではありません。パーソナライズ広告はGoogle広告設定、Cookieはブラウザ設定で管理できます。第三者配信広告の詳細はGoogleの広告に関する説明をご覧ください。アフィリエイト広告を掲載する箇所にはPR等を明示します。
外部サービスと製品ごとの表示
フォームや外部リンクを開くと、各提供元のサイトへ移動します。画像・文字の表示、アクセス解析等のために外部サービスへ通信する場合があります。Google Fontsの読み込みでは、IPアドレス等の接続情報がGoogleへ送信されます。各製品の図面・データ保存、購入、広告については次のページをご確認ください。

Contact information
Information voluntarily submitted through Google Forms, including your contact details and message, is used to respond, assess requests, provide services and investigate issues. Submissions are processed and stored using Google services. Access is limited to what is needed for our work. We delete information when no longer needed, subject to necessary retention of transaction records. Do not submit passwords, card numbers or customers' personal data.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand and improve website use. Page views, referring pages, interaction events, device and browser information and approximate region may be sent to Google. Cookies or similar identifiers may be used. Names and support email addresses are not included in analytics events. GA4 uses IP addresses to derive region information but does not log or store IP addresses. You can manage cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Advertising and external services
If advertising is displayed, providers such as Google AdSense may use cookies, identifiers and browsing or device information to deliver and measure ads. Applying for review or installing a tag does not mean ads are approved. Manage personalized ads in Google's ad settings and cookies in your browser. Affiliate placements are identified with PR or equivalent labels. Google Fonts requests may transmit connection information such as your IP address to Google. External links and forms are subject to the providers' policies.
